Our terms and conditions comply with Irish legislation, and are designed to
ensure that all of our customers can shop easily and with confidence.
Pricing...
All prices are in Euro, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery and
installation charges. You may pay by any credit card or cheque(please send-
cheques to Sound Decision, Unit 1, 9th Lock Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22.)
Orders will not be processed until payment has cleared.
We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products
are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance
of your order.
Accepting orders and security...
In deciding whether to accept your order we may use the information you have
given to us, or we already hold about you, to confirm your identity. This
assists us to protect you and us from fraudulent transactions.
We will send you an automatic email to confirm that we have recieved your
order. We reserve the right to decline your order. In which case we will
contact you by email or contact you to seek an alternative payment method,
or advise you of the location of our store.
When you make your order and send it to us we will send you:
* An automatic invoice showing your order, VAT rate, delivery charge
address and method of payment.
* (After Clearing Payment) a processing invoice - informing you that
your order is underway.
* Delivery invoice - informing you that your delivery will be with you
soon. We may also call you.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All our products carry a full 12-months
warranty provided by the manufacturer. We will replace your purchase in the
unlikely event that they fail within the first 12-months with the exception of
missuse. Cutting looms will affect the warranty. POstage will not be refunded.
